Disconnects alot, and the times for the ride are not correct. An example in real time the Ninjago ride is saying '20 mins' but the sign outside of the ride is '50 mins.'
Really handy and easy to use. Only thing I'd like to see added is to be able to link your short break to the app, rather than just day tickets.
This would of been a 4 star review because as a disabled person I felt valued and welcomed. People see us get priority access but they don't realise we do have to wait just the same amount of time between rides just in a manner that is bearable. all the staff were lovely and it was great to see they obviously make a point of empoying with equal opportunities in mind. The only thing that let's things down is the prices. Dear lord the prices for food and drink are crazy expensive.
Cant add my tickets - HELP!
Waiting times on this are completely wrong. Double or triple what it says to give a good idea. The park itself is OK, but the queuing ruins it. There for 8 hours & managed 6 rides. Miniland was good though. Had fish & chips at at a food outlet which was horrible. Disappointing.
The best app ever in the world
Make sure you pick up a paper map if you can, the one in the app just wants to show you legoland info and ads over half the screen so you can't see anything.
Won't even download, park WiFi didn't work either.... rubbish for the new part of the park with ar....
It helped find my way around leopard and the info about the rides.
It won't let me add my tickets. Asks for an order number and there is no order number In any of the emails, only a Booking reference which the app doesn't accept.
